About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate General Counsel with a focus on labor and employment. The successful candidate will be a key stakeholder in union negotiations and activities, providing expert legal counsel in this area. This role is pivotal in ensuring first-class labor and employment legal processes and practices within the organization. The Associate General Counsel will work closely with the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Government Relations, as well as with other legal, compliance, HR, and leadership team members. The position demands a professional with a minimum of 5-7 years' of traditional employment and labor law experience, particularly in advising management and dealing with labor unions.

Applicants for the Associate General Counsel position at the company should have a strong background in labor and employment law, with a focus on union-related matters. The role requires a trusted legal advisor who can work in a dynamic, collegial environment and is adept at serving as a key member of various cross-functional project teams.
