• Some Experience: You’ve worked on cars—any make, any model. From American muscle to Japanese imports, if you’ve turned a wrench and solved a problem, we want you. Never touched a German car? No sweat—we’ll show you how they’re different.
• Go-Getter Attitude: You don’t sit around waiting for instructions—you spot a task and jump in. Initiative drives our shop.
• Patience & Calm Under Pressure: Cars can test your limits. We need someone who can hit a snag, stay cool, and power through.
• Eager to Learn: German cars are a unique beast, and we’re experts at taming them. You’ll train with Bosch Certified pros and grow into a specialist, no certifications required.
• Watch and Learn: You’ll shadow senior techs, soaking up tricks of the trade—even when it’s slow or downright boring. Patience pays off here.
• Tough Hands: Can’t be afraid of a cut or two—grease and scrapes come with the territory.
• Team Spirit: Extra points if you’ve got a knack for breaking things down simply or a laugh to share—our shop runs on teamwork and good vibes.
What You’ll Do:
• Dive into repairs, from routine maintenance to engine overhauls, with hands-on guidance.
• Learn cutting-edge diagnostics using factory tools and OEM parts.
