Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team in Washington. As our Concierge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests and visitors, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences through personalized assistance and attention to detail.

• Welcome and greet all visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Provide comprehensive information about local attractions, restaurants, and services in the Washington area
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
• Coordinate and arrange transportation, reservations, and special activities
• Manage the front desk operations, including phone calls, messages, and visitor management
• Monitor building access and maintain security protocols
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations and guest concerns
• Maintain an organized and presentable lobby area
• Keep detailed records of guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Washington area attractions, services, and local recommendations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with technology and computer systems
• Multi-tasking capabilities with strong organizational skills
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
• Foreign language skills are a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in handling emergency situations and crisis management
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse groups

Additional Information

This is a part-time weekday position (3PM - 7PM) 4 or 5 nights a week.
