✅ Develop meaningful relationships with your customers , ensuring trust and long-term partnerships
✅ Identify and pursue new commercial construction opportunities

✅ Work closely with project teams to align business development efforts with execution

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 3+ years of experience in business development within general contracting or a related industry
🔹 A proven track record of winning commercial construction projects
🔹 Strong industry relationships and a passion for creating new opportunities
🔹 Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills
🔹 A self-starter with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
