What You Bring:

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a strong operational and technical background.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, managing teams and driving business growth.
• Exceptional strategic thinking with a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, executives, and project teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A visionary mindset—the ability to lead, innovate, and elevate the business unit.
