What you will be doing as the Corporate Healthcare Recruiter :

• Provides HR consultation from a recruiting perspective by ensuring entry to mid-level professional services positions are filled rapidly with high caliber candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers and provide effective and innovative recruiting solutions for a variety of positions within the organization.
• Develop a pool of candidates through direct sourcing for several open positions from a variety of sources.
• Ensures recruiting goals are achieved in a timely manner for each assignment.
• Performs telephone screens and interviews of candidates.
• Partner with hiring Managers on job description, job posting and offer process.
• Onboard new hires within company standards. Prepare offer letters within company standards.
• Maintains database of recruiting data and resumes, and work within applicant tracking system.

What you need as the Corporate Healthcare Recruiter :

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, management, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of job-related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Recruiting in healthcare industry is a plus.
• Work with the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
• Willing to work under tight deadlines and maintain exceptional judgment and discretion regarding sensitive matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to meet challenges with resourcefulness, generate suggestions for improving work, and develop innovative approaches and ideas.
