Job Description

4 days on site: Mon-Thurs in Boston, Fri WFH

Contract Duration: March - October.

Up to $55/Hour

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of channel experts to drive business excellence
  • Define and execute seasonal performance marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to manage demand and seasonal plans
  • Own affiliate, paid search, and programmatic efforts while coordinating with paid social
  • Align budget with business objectives in partnership with Finance and Business Planning
  • Develop creative briefs leveraging best practices for high-quality creative output
  • Foster cross-functional partnerships for optimized marketing and consumer experience
  • Manage reporting to maintain stakeholder alignment

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in senior marketing management
  • Experience managing affiliate, paid search, and programmatic channels
  • Knowledge of performance marketing (Google, Microsoft, DV360, Bing)
  • Budget management of $20M+ and leadership of teams of 3+

Preferred Skills:

  • Adobe Analytics, Tableau, mixed media modeling, Jira, Asana
  • Reporting, measurement, forecasting
  • Excel, Keynote, presentation skills
  • Graphic design experience (a plus)

Team Structure:

  • Internal: Digital marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, business planning, finance, creative
  • External: Agencies, affiliate and paid search teams, vendor contacts

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work closely with North America Digital Marketing, Direct, and Brand Marketing teams
  • Support Performance Marketing Directors with budget management and allocation
  • Engage cross-functionally with digital marketing, planning, buying, analytics, data science, content, and brand creative

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years in performance marketing (SEM, social, affiliate, programmatic, etc.)
  • Proven success in driving results and innovation in DTC or digital media
  • Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and measure success
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning abilities
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
