Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with environmental expertise who can prepare and/or oversee the production of environmental documents and work closely with Land Development and Transportation professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong land development and transportation design background, management experience, and demonstrated client growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Environmental Planning & Engineering: Conduct or lead environmental assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Environmental Documents: Prepare and/or oversee the production of Environmental Documents, including, but not limited to, Environmental Impact Statements.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Design: Create detailed engineering designs and plans for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities.
• Land Development: Oversee land development projects from concept to completion, including site planning, grading, drainage, and utility design.
• Transportation: Design and manage transportation projects, including traffic analysis, roadway design, and transportation planning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license; must be able to be licensed in MN.
• Experience in civil engineering, focusing on environmental documentation, design, land development, and transportation projects.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS preferred.
