SEEKING FIELD COORDINATOR TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN RESIDENT'S LIVES

Seeking Field Coordinator for a busy residential property management company. When residents move out and properties become vacant, there are many field tasks to be performed at the homes until they are rented again. You will be the eyes and ears on the ground making sure homes look great for rental listings and new residents. You’ll work with a kind and hardworking group and be part of something bigger. Your quality work will genuinely make a significant difference in people's lives.

This is not a simple driving job! It requires a thinking person to do it efficiently and with care. It’s more challenging than it may look—and more interesting as a result! The position entails extensive driving all around Austin and the surrounding areas, from Buda to Liberty Hill, Lakeway to Manor and Dripping Springs. Company car provided.

Job Description:

• Communicate closely with Maintenance Manager to coordinate assigned tasks
• Conduct property walkthroughs (some with tenants, some without), and take photos
• Check homes for cleanliness and make sure repairs were performed
• Post notices
• Handle urgent situations as they arise, such as turning off water valve, posting notice to vacate, etc.
• Deliver and pick up fans, portable heaters or ACs as needed
• Prepare inspection reports
• Put up signs and lockboxes and take them down
• Pick up keys or drop them off
• Change air filters
• Make key copies and other errands as needed

Requirements:

• Licensed driver with clean driving record
• Computer with reliable internet connection
• Smart phone with data plan
• Highly organized and logistics-minded so as to arrange your time effectively and efficiently
• Detail-oriented and thorough
• Flexibility to change plans as urgent situations come up
• Computer, phone and tablet savvy, as you will be creating reports in the field, updating spreadsheets and using project tracking software
• Maintenance, home inspection or claims adjuster experience a plus but not required

Pay: $42,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
