Our client, a large Commercial Construction subcontractor in the Insulation, Fireproofing and Flooring industry is actively looking for a Fireproofing Estimator for their division near Rocky Hill, CT.
Objectives:
- Assist in all sales and build customer relations
- Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
- Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of projects including labor
- Assist in the management of the operational capabilities
- Drive performance so that each project is completed under budget and on schedule
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience with estimating
- Experience with fireproofing preferred
- Ability to read, interpret and accurately take-off constructions drawings.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and other estimating software
- Must possess excellent communication skills
-College Degree preferred but not required.
