We’re seeking an energetic and driven Junior Recruiter to join our team, helping us grow and foster a dynamic, engaged community of recruiting professionals.

Position Overview: As our first Junior Recruiter focused on community growth, you will play a critical role in sourcing and engaging top-tier recruiting professionals to join our incubator’s community. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to identify and recruit recruiting leaders from diverse backgrounds to contribute to the development of our tools and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Sourcing: Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with recruiting professionals, HR leaders, and talent acquisition specialists across various industries. Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, industry events, and online communities to grow our network of 1,000+ community members.
  • Engagement & Outreach: Craft personalized outreach messages and marketing materials to attract high-quality, diverse recruiting leaders to join the incubator. Highlight the value of participating in the community and the potential for collaboration and product development.
  • Event Promotion & Recruitment: Assist in promoting community events, webinars, and hackathons aimed at engaging new members. Help facilitate virtual and in-person meetups to increase awareness of the incubator and encourage participation.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and maintain a detailed list of potential recruits, monitor outreach progress, and ensure follow-up actions are taken to keep candidates engaged and excited about joining the community.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with potential community members, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with Senior Team: Work with the incubator leadership and senior recruiting leaders to align recruitment strategies with the community’s goals, ensuring we are attracting individuals who can actively contribute to product development.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Regularly report on recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and recommend adjustments to recruitment strategies based on your findings.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a tech or HR-related environment. Experience with community management or working with professional networks is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable crafting outreach emails and messages that grab attention and inspire action.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously, with attention to detail and a focus on deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with tools like LinkedIn, email automation platforms (e.g., Outreach, Lemlist), and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Familiarity with community-building tools (e.g., Slack, Discord, or other collaboration platforms) is a plus.
  • Engagement & Relationship Building: Natural ability to engage with professionals, build rapport, and maintain positive relationships over time.
