Are you a seasoned Graphic Designer with a passion for creating compelling visual experiences? Our esteemed CPG manufacturing client is seeking a talented and driven individual to join their team and elevate their brand presence!

Responsibilities:

Creative Direction & Conceptualization:

• Develop and execute innovative visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate creative ideas.
• Present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions.

Graphic Design & Production:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and presentations.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all design deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets.

Art Direction:

• Provide art direction for photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetic and project objectives.
• Oversee the work of freelance designers and photographers, providing constructive feedback and guidance.

Technical Expertise:

• Utilize advanced technical skills in [Specify technical skills - e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics, 3D modeling, web design, video editing] to enhance design projects.
• Develop and implement motion graphics, video edits, web designs, or 3D models as required.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into workflows.

Project Management & Leadership:

• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Develop and maintain design documentation and style guides.
• Work with marketing teams to understand campaign goals and create visuals that match those goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+years of professional experience in graphic design and art direction, with a proven track record of success.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Must have CPG experience, and a portfolio that shows CPG work!
