Job Description

Our high-end real estate client in Coconut Grove, Florida, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team. This contract role, with the potential to transition to a permanent position, offers the opportunity to contribute to the marketing and branding of luxury residential and commercial developments. This role will be located on site 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Design & Production: Develop and produce a variety of marketing materials for luxury condo and multi-family projects, including print and digital content. This includes brochures, direct mail campaigns, social media graphics, email blasts, event invitations, and more.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Content Creation: Take ownership of content generation, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Corporate Marketing: Assist in the design of materials for corporate initiatives, including community presentations, RFPs, and other business development collateral.
• Social Media: Create engaging designs optimized for social media platforms, with a strong focus on Facebook and Instagram.

Required Qualifications:

• Luxury Real Estate Marketing: Experience designing for high-end residential or commercial real estate (pre-development marketing experience is a plus).
• Graphic Design Expertise: 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (2+ years of experience in each).
• Social Media Design: Ability to design eye-catching and effective content for Facebook and Instagram.
• Design Aesthetic: A keen eye for beautiful, minimalistic design, with a focus on high-end luxury aesthetics.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
