Office Services Associate / Hospitality

San Francisco, CA

$27-28 per hour | Temp to Possible Temp-to-Hire

Forrest Solutions – Onsite at a Law Firm Client Near Embarcadero

Forrest Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and professional Office Services Associate to support our prestigious law firm client in San Francisco . This role focuses primarily on hospitality and office services while also providing reception and administrative support as needed. Key Responsibilities:

Hospitality & Office Services

  • Deliver outstanding Client First service to attorneys, staff, and visitors.
  • Set up, reset, and refresh conference rooms for meetings and events.
  • Maintain and stock kitchens, conference rooms, and office support areas .
  • Ensure visiting attorneys' offices are properly stocked and organized.
  • Load, unload, and operate dishwashers at designated times.
  • Monitor and submit maintenance requests as needed.

Event Planning & Catering Support

  • Coordinate catering orders for meetings, ensuring timely delivery and proper setup.
  • Arrange and monitor refreshments for in-office meetings, depositions, and client events.
  • Assist with event logistics , including table arrangements, audiovisual setup, and materials preparation.
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm orders, address issues, and manage deliveries.
  • Ensure food service areas remain clean, stocked, and organized throughout events.

Reception & Administrative Support

  • Provide backup reception coverage during breaks and absences.
  • Arrange visitor and new employee desks/offices as needed.

Print, Mail, & Facilities Support

  • Copy, scan, and assemble document jobs as requested.
  • Organize and distribute office equipment and supplies .
  • Manage mail and package deliveries , coordinating courier services .
  • Clean and stock printer stations regularly.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, office services, or administrative support (law firm experience a plus).
  • Experience with event coordination and catering logistics preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (for stocking supplies and setting up rooms).
  • Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications.
