Your Impact:
As the Manager of Clinical Nursing for the ICU, you’ll:
• Lead a dedicated team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Drive patient and family satisfaction through innovative care practices.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and overall unit performance.
• Build a positive and dynamic work environment in a fast-paced setting.
What We’re Looking For:
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (or ability to complete within 2 years).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Specialty certification in ICU or related area preferred.
• Experience:
• Five years of acute care hospital experience within the past decade.
• At least two years of managerial or leadership experience in the past five years.
• Licensure/Certifications:
• Current Oregon RN license.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS).
Skills and Abilities:
• Exceptional clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
