Integration Manager

We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to join our client's high-volume semiconductor manufacturing facility in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will oversee the local Integration Engineers, spearheading sustaining and yield improvement activities, process transfer, and development.

Responsibilities :

• Own assigned process flows and direct improvements, sustaining, and overall operations.
• Collaborate with process and integration engineers to enhance process metrics, including SPC, yield, parametrics, and defects. Ensure first-pass success of technology transfers.
• Investigate root causes of discrepant materials and implement yield and defect improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot process and tool excursions.
• Develop new semiconductor manufacturing processes using design of experiments (DOE).

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering of a related discipline is required. PhD preferred.
• Relevant experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, including semiconductor fabrication tools, methods, integrated process flows, process flow setup and integration, device targeting, yield improvement, and failure analysis.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead engineers at various levels of seniority. Prior management experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred experience working with customers.
• Ability to work closely with equipment and process engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in all areas of the fab.
• Knowledge of Sipho SiG is a plus.
