With hundreds of satisfied clients (including Fortune 500 companies) from various industries, we are now further growing our global sales team. As we scale, we are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to help optimize our Salesforce platform and support our growing team.

The Junior Salesforce Administrator will support business operations by maintaining and improving our Salesforce environment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will ensure data accuracy, system functionality, and efficient workflows. This role provides an excellent opportunity to expand your Salesforce skillset within a fast-paced startup.

Your challenge:

  • Assist in user setup, role assignments, and permission management.
  • Support day-to-day administration, including troubleshooting issues and optimizing processes.
  • Help maintain data integrity through imports, exports, and deduplication efforts.
  • Create and modify reports, dashboards, and list views for different departments.
  • Assist in configuring and automating workflows using Salesforce Flow.
  • Provide training and technical support to end users to enhance adoption.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to understand business needs and suggest system improvements.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and upcoming features to support business growth.

Is this You?

  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certified (ADM-201).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, objects, and security settings.
  • Experience with reports, dashboards, and data management tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Curious, active learner who likes to take on challenges and learn new things.
  • Customer obsessed with the desire to improve things for both internal and external audiences continuously.
