Looking to start the NEW Year with a new CAREER? Onesti Entertainment is looking for an experienced Marketing Director to join our dynamic team for the Des Plaines Theatre and the Arcada Theatre and all properties within each complex.

Onesti Entertainment is a world-class provider of live entertainment, concerts, theatrical shows, family entertainment, corporate events, festivals, casino shows, and unique dining experiences. With properties in St. Charles, IL and Des Plaines, IL, Onesti Entertainment has become a favorite destination for drinking, dancing, and dining throughout Chicagoland.

The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns. You will also be tasked with managing the onsite Marketing Associates to ensure maximum efficiency is being achieved within the department.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners
• Manage marketing budget and show project ROI
• Manage the entire Onesti Entertainment marketing department as well as onsite Marketing Associates
• Creating new marketing strategies
• Manage all onsite marketing tools
• Work directly with artist management for asset management and on sale announcements
• Work with Food & Beverage management to ensure all restaurant assets are accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 7-10 years of relevant experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Fluency in all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, X)
