Marketing Lead – Early-Stage Recruitment Business (Tech & GTM)
📍 San Francisco (Preferred) | Full-Time or Part-Time

We’re an early-stage recruitment business specializing in GTM and Technical hires for startup tech companies. We help high-growth businesses land top talent, and now, we need someone to help us scale our brand and attract more clients.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Own and execute our marketing strategy across social media, SEO, and email marketing
✅ Create compelling content that positions us as the go-to recruitment partner for startups
✅ Grow and engage our audience on LinkedIn and other platforms
✅ Experiment with demand generation tactics and measure results
✅ Plan and run small events like virtual panels, roundtables, and video interviews
✅ Work closely with our leadership team to shape our voice and messaging
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Proven experience in marketing (ideally in recruitment, SaaS, or tech)
🔹 Proficiency in social media, SEO, and email marketing
🔹 A self-starter who brings fresh ideas and isn’t afraid to test and iterate
🔹 Professional yet personable communication style—someone who can write and speak in a way that connects
🔹 Ability to craft high-quality content that stands out in a crowded space
🔹 Event marketing experience is a plus but not required
