• Contract Duration: 10-months
• Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI | hybrid
• Compensation: $35-40/hr
• Required: Professional experience in the health insurance industry, specifically supporting commercial lines.

What you will do as a Marketing Project Manager:

• Set up and manage project schedules in workflow tools.
• Oversee the daily management of tasks and deliverables in Robohead.
• Route projects for required review and approval processes.
• Release projects for production and distribution, ensuring timely market delivery.
• Facilitate weekly status meetings and create status reports for stakeholders.
• Track and report project status, addressing any roadblocks and proposing solutions for off-track projects.
• Coordinate “forward planning” meetings to prioritize upcoming and current work, and identify potential bottlenecks.

What you will bring to the Marketing Project Manager role:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Strong experience in PowerPoint.
• Experience in Product Marketing
• Professional experience in the health insurance industry, specifically supporting commercial lines.
• Proven ability to successfully drive complex campaigns from planning through execution.
• Experience managing multiple deliverables across different timelines.
• Experience working with various media types, including print and digital.
• Familiarity with workflow management software, preferably Robohead.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly adapt to changing timelines and requirements.
• Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
