Job Title: NetSuite/ERP Consultant SME (Subject Matter Expert) or Super User

Location: Akron, OH (Onsite)

Duration: 1-2 Weeks with the potential to go longer

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite/ERP Consultant SME or Super User to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of NetSuite ERP solutions within our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of NetSuite functionalities, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to provide technical guidance and training to end users. The ideal candidate will act as the go-to expert for all NetSuite-related initiatives, ensuring efficient business processes and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for NetSuite ERP, specializing in implementation, customization, and maintenance.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
• Customize NetSuite to align with organizational needs using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and other configuration tools.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end users to maximize system efficiency.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions within the NetSuite platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, inventory, and project management, to ensure seamless ERP integration.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to explain system capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Stay up to date with NetSuite updates and industry trends to continuously enhance system performance and usability.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides to support internal knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Deep NetSuite Expertise: Proven experience in multiple NetSuite modules, including core accounting, sales, inventory, and project management functionalities.
• Business Acumen: Ability to understand and optimize business processes through NetSuite solutions.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with NetSuite customization tools such as Suitelet, SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, and SuiteBuilder.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and collaboration.
• Problem-solving Abilities: Skilled in diagnosing system issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
• Preferred Certification: NetSuite Suite Certified Functional Consultant or other relevant certifications demonstrating proficiency in NetSuite.
