Salary: $66,000-$100,000

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our client’s legal team in Seattle, WA. This role provides key legal and administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Manage legal documents, track deadlines, and oversee contract administration to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Assist with Board governance, including preparing meeting materials and maintaining records
• Process legal invoices, monitor expenses, and coordinate litigation filings
• Oversee corporate licensing, regulatory filings, and producer compliance
• Support intellectual property management and regulatory communications
• Maintain organized legal files and assist with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of experience in a legal support role, preferably in healthcare or insurance
• WA Notary Public certification required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal management systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
