Seeking a creative and collaborative pastry cook for a luxury resort to elevate the offerings in 2 restaurants, banquets and IRD

Qualifications

• Some culinary school courses specifically in pastry. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task many priorities. Self motivated, ability to work with little supervision and organized. Must be dependable

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and decorate pastries, desserts, and breads according to recipes and specifications
• Assist in training junior pastry staff and maintaining a positive work environment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
