About the Role:
As an Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our urgent care centers. You'll partner with regional leadership to create and maintain the highest standards of clinical and operational excellence. This full-time role offers a unique blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities, allowing you to utilize your diverse skill set and contribute to a positive patient experience. Please note: This is an on-site position. You'll also participate in a rotating regional on-call schedule.
What You'll Do:
Employee Management:
Provide consistent on-site leadership, coaching staff, fostering teamwork, and enhancing communication.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle for clinical support staff, from recruitment and interviewing to hiring, onboarding, and training.
Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and coordinating with regional leadership to address staffing needs.
Quality and Safety:
Champion best practices and tools to maintain clinical excellence.
Oversee the resolution of quality and safety concerns, ensuring timely submission, review, escalation, and follow-up.
Analyze data and collaborate with support teams and regional leadership to deliver safe, high-quality care.
Site Management:
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, processing invoices, monitoring backorders and recalls, and coordinating equipment inspections.
Oversee facilities maintenance, addressing repairs and coordinating annual inspections.
Ensure facility safety and security.
Manage site finances, including bank deposits, reconciliations, petty cash, and expense reports.
Marketing:
Dedicate time each week to local marketing initiatives, including outreach, event planning, and community engagement.
Clinical Duties:
Maintain clinical licensure and training.
Fulfill clinical hour requirements.
What You'll Bring:
Clinical experience is preferred, with urgent care or pediatric experience being a plus.
3-5 years of healthcare management experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Office 365.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
