JOB SUMMARY: 401(k) Trading Coordinator

The 401(k) Trading Coordinator is responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly trading desk tasks with accuracy and timeliness for the 401(k) plan administration team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 401(k) Trading Coordinator

• Review Prior Day Trades for Daily Settlement and resolve any trade discrepancies.
• Review Position Reports and resolve any outages.
• Review and Post Dividends.
• Request, track, and update Deposits for plan contributions.
• Review Participant Web Trades.
• Create, Send and Confirm trade export files.
• Review, process, and request plan fees on a quarterly and monthly basis.
• Review, process, and request revenue sharing credits on a quarterly and monthly basis.
• Process Fund Changes and Additions.
• Maintain plan termination processes and procedure.
• Meet multiple daily trading deadlines.
• Assist with other various projects as needed.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

• Education/Certifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Further education is nice to have. ASPPA Designation or desire to achieve ASPPA Credentials preferred!
• Experience: Retirement planning industry or financial services industry experience is valuable but not required. Experienced using Microsoft Excel required.
• Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of Schwab Retirement Technologies (SRT) preferred. Familiar with Adobe software. Strong attention to detail. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize workflow and ensure duties are completed on time. Great communication skills and ability to interact well with internal associates and outside vendors. Strong data processing skills and commitment to teamwork and professional development.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Compensation Expectations: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour. Full Time, non-exempt with benefits
• Location: Cincinnati, OH 45206 (5 minutes from Downtown, 3-minutes from Eden Park). This is an onsite position! There is potential for the role to become a Hybrid position after 1 year of employment.
