RPA (UiPath) Developer
Location: San Francisco, CA
Industry: Information Technology
Type: Direct Hire (W2) US Citizenship or active Green Card holder

We are seeking a motivated and skilled RPA (UiPath) Developer to join our innovative team in San Francisco. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement automation solutions using the UiPath platform to optimize operational efficiency. Working closely with business analysts and stakeholders, you will create scalable RPA workflows while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful automation projects within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows using UiPath in an Agile environment.
  • Analyze business systems and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and developers, to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
  • Document and evaluate business processes to ensure compliance with governance standards and best practices.
  • Lead and support RPA initiatives, including identifying opportunities for automation adoption across the organization.
  • Maintain technical documentation and provide support for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Integrate RPA workflows with existing systems and ensure optimal performance.
  • Stay updated on RPA tools, trends, and compliance standards to enhance capabilities.
  • Participate in after-hours support and escalations as required.

Qualifications

  • Certification: UiPath Advanced Certification is a must.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere .
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, .NET, VBA/VBS , and JavaScript .
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS , or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving efficiency through automation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel , Access , SQL , and data reporting.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, and a proactive mindset.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with document management systems such as OpenText or Documentum , as well as OCR software .
  • Proficiency in Document Understanding and integration with UiPath automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agentic AI and its application in process automation.
  • Up-to-date UiPath certifications such as Advanced Developer, Solution Architect, or RPA Architect.
  • Expertise in database design and process analysis for enterprise-scale applications.
  • System testing experience, including UAT and bug resolution.
  • DevOps Foundation Certification or experience with Continuous Delivery Architecture.
