Role and Responsibilities 

United States, Remote

VideoAmp is seeking an experienced and tech-savvy individual to join us as a Salesforce, CPQ & Business Systems Administrator. The ideal candidate loves a fast-paced environment, actively seeks innovative solutions to problems, and strives to translate technology into business value through proper implementation and iterative improvement within our “Revenue Ecosystem''. On a day-to-day basis you will work closely with stakeholders across our Revenue department to help solve their organizational challenges.

  • Perform Salesforce configuration changes, including: Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, custom object customization, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, and dashboards and reports.
  • Design and implement complex automation solutions using flow; apex understanding strongly preferred 
  • Manage and implement new features within CPQ 
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing of new functionalities and provide feedback/documentation
  • Own all administrative responsibilities of Salesforce & CPQ
  • Provide advanced support and troubleshooting to users while identifying opportunities for improvement and including but not limited to; optimizing day-to-day workflows, security settings, custom objects/fields, page layouts, validation rules, approvals, etc.
  • Refine and maintain the Salesforce data security model including but not limited to: roles and hierarchies, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets
  • Provide administrative support to the legal operations function by utilizing the Ironclad contract management platform

Education and Experience

  • 2+ years of relevant Salesforce administrator experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Experience with systems implementation processes such as scoping, configuration, documentation and testing 
  • Understanding of database concepts and data transformation along with prior experience building and maintaining reports/dashboards leveraging large data sets
  • Ability to self-teach and execute on new concepts quickly
  • Experience vetting solution and systems recommendations for gaps, risks and impact 
  • Strong project management and communication skills with a collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Working knowledge and experience around an effective change management process
  • Strong understanding of a comprehensive and flexible data security model across key constructs

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator and CPQ certifications are highly desired
  • Prior experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools, e.g. Ironclad 
  • Understanding of basic apex code
  • Prior Media or Ad Tech industry experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices is preferred

This position pays between $110,000 + Equity + Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.
