Location : Coppel Texas Hybrid

Duration: Fulltime

Salesforce Consulting Lead with a blend of technical expertise , business development acumen, leadership skills, and strategic thinking.

1. Salesforce Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, configuration, and AppExchange products.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, workflows, automation, and integrations.

2. Business Development & Sales Acumen

• Proven ability to sell and grow Salesforce consulting services —both with new and existing clients.
• Experience in crafting go-to-market strategies for Salesforce offerings.
• Strong networking skills to build relationships within Salesforce and potential clients.

3. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Ability to lead a team of Salesforce consultants, architects, and developers.
• Experience in working with C-level executives, clients, and technical teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise between teams and stakeholders.

4. Industry Knowledge

• Familiarity with industries like Manufacturing, Financial Services, Media, and Retail.
• Understanding of how Salesforce can drive digital transformation in these sectors.

5. Strategic Thinking & Innovation

• Ability to develop innovative Salesforce solutions and stay ahead of trends.
• Vision to expand the consulting practice in the U.S. and internationally.
• Experience with campaigns and marketing initiatives to build the firm’s Salesforce brand.

6. Mentorship & Team Development

• Willingness to mentor junior consultants and grow the team.
• Strong focus on recruitment and retention of Salesforce talent.

Ideal Background:

• Experience: 8+ years in Salesforce consulting, including leadership roles.
• Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Consultant, Architect, or Administrator) are a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
