A Day in Global Procurement: Senior Manager – Device Category

As the Senior Manager, Global Procurement – Device Category, you will lead procurement activities for respiratory and sterile device subcategories integrated into Teva’s product portfolio. This strategic role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with Teva’s corporate objectives and financial goals. Collaborating with the Global Procurement team and key stakeholders, you will ensure a stable, secure, and cost-effective supply chain for these critical devices.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing supplier relationships, driving cost-saving initiatives, and supporting R&D projects to enable successful product development and launches. You will apply your commercial acumen to negotiate contracts, analyze business opportunities, and build a robust supplier network that meets Teva’s high standards for quality, compliance, and efficiency.
Working closely with site general managers, the global supply chain, and other teams, you will ensure the timely and complete delivery of devices that meet Teva’s high-quality and compliance standards. Your role will contribute to advancing Teva’s innovative product launches and overall corporate success.

You are

You have

  • Over 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • A solid understanding of procurement practices and vendor management.
  • A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or Engineering (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry, including its regulations and supply chain challenges.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a commercial mindset to drive cost optimization and strategic decision-making.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset
