Connect Staffing is seeking a Mid-level to Senior Recruiter with strong light industrial recruiting experience to join our staffing agency in Stanton, CA.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Minimum Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish (written and oral)
• 2-6 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the light industrial, manufacturing, or logistics sectors.
• An outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality that thrives in a people-centered role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on results.
• Ability to manage multiple job orders and prioritize effectively.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including online platforms, job boards, and social media.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software (Tempworks experience preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist branch or area manager with leading and motivating junior recruiters and recruiting assistants.
• Source and recruit qualified candidates for light industrial roles, including warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics positions.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of candidates by utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide qualified candidates.
• Perform background checks, drug screens, and other pre-employment screenings.
