DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Interns to join us this summer in our Marketing Department at our HQ in Boca Raton, FL for an 8-week program from June 2025 to August 2025. You will be immersed in Marketing with a chance to learn all the capacities in which we operate. This is a unique opportunity that offers you a 360-degree overview of our collaborative efforts and a hands-on experience through a project-based assignment.

The ideal candidate will have base-level knowledge about Marketing and be enrolled in a university majoring in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, PR, Communications, or a related field. The internship is a full-time position expected 40 hours a week in the office every day and will be reporting directly to the Associate Manager, Marketing Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop an understanding of the CPG industry and the cross-functional efforts of our Marketing department.
• Learn the roles involved in each sub-department and how they work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Conduct marketing research, develop industry insights, and identify areas of opportunity to complete assigned projects.
• Participate in weekly discussions to report recent learnings and progress throughout the program.
• Collaborate with seasoned staff and fellow interns to maximize the educational experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
• Learn the intricacies of relevant content, product activations, brand partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
• CELSIUS is a business that is on a significant growth path, and with this progression business needs, direction and expectations will evolve and so will this role. What maybe asked of you today will change with business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a United States-based college or university.
• Must have reliable transportation to work in the Boca Raton, FL office five days a week.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be a current Junior or Senior in College to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and alongside a team.
• Desire to learn and develop professional skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative given autonomy.

PREFERRED

• Prior internship/job experience in a related field.
• Familiar with our product.
• Have knowledge of the Food & Beverage / CPG industry and market trends.
• Involvement in marketing-related projects, student organizations, or extracurricular activities.
