Our team of skilled professionals pays attention to every detail to ensure your property looks and functions beautifully. With over 30 years of experience, we offer a wide range of services from snow removal to hardscaping and irrigation.

Role Description

As a Marketing Videographer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will work on a variety of projects, including promotional videos, social media content, product demos, and behind-the-scenes footage. The ideal candidate has a strong creative vision, technical expertise in videography, and a passion for telling stories that resonate with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production: Capture high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, including but not limited to advertisements, social media videos, tutorials, testimonials, and event coverage.
• Editing & Post-production: Edit raw footage into polished video content, incorporating graphics, sound, and special effects to align with the brand’s messaging and visual style.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, creative directors, and designers to understand project goals, target audience, and content strategy.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all videos are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and messaging.
• Content Planning: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts for video campaigns.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and setup of all video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Storytelling: Create compelling narratives that resonate with the audience and align with marketing objectives.
• Social Media Optimization: Edit videos for specific platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook, optimizing for each platform’s requirements.
• Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in video production, especially within marketing or branding.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software (After Effects, Blender, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of video production techniques, lighting, sound, and composition.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience with social media platforms and understanding of how video content performs across different channels.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to accept and incorporate feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with drone videography or 360-degree video production.
• Knowledge of SEO for video content and video marketing strategies.
• Ability to shoot and edit in different formats (e.g., vertical, square, 4K, etc.).

Work Environment

Fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.

• Occasional travel for on-location shoots may be required.
