Job Summary:
Razorback LLC is seeking a skilled Welder to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and metal fabrication, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a passion for producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding operations on various metal components using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
- Set up and operate welding equipment and tools, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.
- Inspect welds for quality and adherence to specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any welding-related issues.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance welding skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a welding program or apprenticeship preferred.
