Title - Regional Account Manager

Hours: 8 - 5

Location: Lombard, IL - Hybrid - 2 days

Salary: 80 - $105 - $130k OTE

Requirements

• 4 - 7 years of experince working nationally or on major accounts within the B2B Consumer Product Goods (CPG) industry.
• Experience in Consumer Products, Automotive, Auto Appearance, or car care sales.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders and broker teams.
• Partner with customers to uncover new opportunities and promotional strategies.
• Lead line reviews in collaboration with the Marketing team to showcase products and strategies.
• Spot potential business opportunities with key accounts and present them to relevant stakeholders.
• Implement pricing strategies at the account level and negotiate terms and contracts to maximize sales.
• Support inventory planning and forecasting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Oversee trade spending and collaborate with Finance and Customer Service teams on credit management.
• Analyze sales performance and inventory data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Finance to ensure promotional plans align with customer expectations and drive results.
• Engage deeply with Turtle Wax products to become a product expert and deliver enthusiastic product demonstrations.
• Stay informed on industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new business ventures.
