We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team and help guide the operational strategy and growth of our firm. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, scaling processes, and ensuring the company operates smoothly as we expand.

As COO, you will collaborate directly with the CEO to align daily operations with the company's strategic goals. You will play a critical role in overseeing administrative and support functions, maintaining a premier client experience, and optimizing our operational framework to support ongoing growth. This position requires a dynamic, results-driven leader with a strong background in strategy, execution, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Innovation:

Partner with the CEO and leadership team to execute the firm's strategic business plan, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and values.
Develop and enforce firm-wide policies and procedures, keeping them in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Oversee essential operational areas, including compliance, human resources, and financial controls.
Create scalable operational frameworks that promote agility and efficiency as the firm grows.
Continuously optimize the organizational structure to maintain operational excellence.
Operational Excellence:

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability across teams and ensure efficiency.
Lead the development and implementation of streamlined processes and systems to enhance team performance.
Leverage technology and innovation to improve operational capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets, billing, facilities, and vendor relationships.
Serve as the company's Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to ensure all operational practices meet compliance standards.
Client Experience:

Uphold the firm's commitment to delivering exceptional client service by developing quality control systems and service standards.
Collaborate with various teams, including client service, advisory, and investment management, to foster smooth information flow and impactful client interactions.
Implement strategic initiatives to drive growth, improve client service delivery, and contribute to overall company objectives.
Strategic Growth Initiatives:

Identify potential acquisition opportunities, conducting due diligence on both operational and financial fronts.
Collaborate with leadership to integrate and onboard new advisors, teams, and clients.
Expand the firm's footprint in new markets and enhance its position as a leader in wealth management for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
Human Resources & Team Development:

Oversee all aspects of human capital management, including benefits, policies, and procedures.
Partner with HR leadership to attract, onboard, and retain top talent that aligns with the firm's values.
Lead and develop operational, technology, finance, and compliance teams to ensure high performance across all areas.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations, or in a similar senior role within a financial services firm.
10-15 years of experience in financial services, wealth advisory, or investment management. Experience in national Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) or Multi-Family Offices (MFO) is a plus.
Strong understanding of operational best practices, compliance, data analysis, and performance metrics.
Expertise in project management, IT systems, and business infrastructure.
Experience working with business owners on succession planning and liquidity events.
Excellent communication, leadership, and business development skills.
High emotional intelligence, personal integrity, and accountability.
Demonstrated ability to lead at a senior level and make strategic decisions.
