Job Description

A well-established general contractor is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from preconstruction through completion. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure quality, budget, and schedule adherence while fostering strong collaboration among project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems from start to finish.
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges while ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, owners, and project partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, including commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, or institutional developments.
  • Strong proficiency in Procore, Autodesk BIM 360, Bluebeam Revu, PlanGrid, and Sage 100 Contractor.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to manage internal teams and external partners.
