Location: Falls Church, VA (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (Full-Time, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Experience Level: 1-2 years (Great opportunity for recent graduates)

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the executive team, including scheduling, email correspondence, internal communications, and project coordination. This hybrid, temp-to-hire role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience supporting senior leadership in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Handle email correspondence, acting as a liaison between executives and internal teams.
  • Facilitate communication between executive leadership and middle management.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and organization.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Assist with project management tasks
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed to support daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, go-getter personality with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and other virtual communication tools.
