Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to manage and maintain hazardous gas and chemical systems at one of our key client sites. This role demands a meticulous and proactive approach, with responsibilities including monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of systems – electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operations including gas cylinder changes and chemical drum replacements.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Execute preventive maintenance and contribute to machine setups and shutdowns in line with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with clients and serve as the liaison between them and our corporate office, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
• Support continuous improvement by assisting in programming and providing technical support to other team members.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience in electrical/electronics, mechanical, and pneumatic systems preferred.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, with strong familiarity with PLC programming preferred.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and understanding electronic, vacuum, and mechanical systems.

• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work and timely results.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments and tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs.
