Litigation Consultant

Litigation Consultant Key Responsibilities

Managing focus groups and mock trial coordination, ensuring smooth operations both online and in-person.
Communicating with clients to address logistics, project scope, and updates on trial research.
Assisting in drafting proposals, engagement letters, and project documentation for client approval.
Coordinating project schedules, staffing needs, and research logistics using tools like Monday.com.
Conducting pre-research analysis, including document review, creating research schedules, and developing questionnaires.
Moderating or taking notes during research sessions and providing valuable feedback to clients.
Analyzing post-research data, including data cleaning, reporting frequencies, and providing insights for case strategies.
Assisting with jury selections, social media research, and preparing juror questionnaires.
Coordinating logistics for arbitrations and conducting post-trial juror interviews.
Managing shadow jury activities and providing ongoing support during trial preparations.

Requirements
All you need to be a Litigation Consultant is 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation support, project management, or a related field, and a high school diploma. Litigation support experience is a plus !
