Our outstanding crafted itineraries, authentic experiences with local experts, award-winning reputation and honest pricing policy are all reasons why we are one of the leading river cruise and tour operators, and we are expanding!

Are you passionate about travel and eager to make an impact? Want to work for one of the leading river cruise operators? We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Travel Sales Executives to join our International Sales Team and help customers embark on the holiday of a lifetime! Whether it's a luxurious Riviera River cruise or an unforgettable yacht getaway, your role will be to guide customers to the perfect experience tailored just for them.

The Role:

  • Build Connections: Cultivate lasting relationships with customers and travel agent partners, ensuring top-tier service.
  • Take Ownership: Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing guidance throughout the booking journey and following up on potential leads.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work alongside our North American, Australian, European, and South African teams to deliver seamless experiences for our customers worldwide.
  • Manage Group Bookings: Lead group inquiries, crafting contracts and adding exclusive perks for the group experience.

  • Stay Organized: Keep track of balances, forms, and updates, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Be the Face of Riviera Travel: Uphold our values by delivering exceptional service both internally and externally, always going the extra mile for our clients.

About You:

  • You have a passion for travel that shines through in everything you do.
  • Your communication skills are impeccable—both written and verbal.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can easily manage multiple tasks.
  • Resilience is your middle name—you're driven by targets and challenges.
  • You’re tech-savvy, with experience in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience in a customer service or contact center role is a plus, and you have a knack for building strong customer relationships.
  • You’re motivated, proactive, and dedicated to going above and beyond for customers.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year (plus commission after probation period)
  • Vacation: 2 weeks of holiday for the first 2 years, then 3 weeks after your second year (plus public holidays!)
  • Sick Leave: 5 days paid sick leave within the first year, increasing after your first anniversary.
  • Medical Coverage: Standard medical coverage with a 50:50 split contribution after your probation period.

Perks:

  • Work from home to start—then transition to office once location is confirmed in Fort Lauderdale.
  • A supportive, diverse, and collaborative international team.
  • The chance to turn your passion for travel into a rewarding career with ongoing growth opportunities.

If you have a love for travel, exceptional communication skills, and a desire to thrive in a supportive, global environment, we want to hear from you!
