Role Overview

As a Social Media Intern , you will assist in developing and executing MILLY’s social strategy across various platforms, helping to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth. This role is ideal for a highly creative and fashion-forward individual who understands social trends, has an eye for aesthetics, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in content creation for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social platforms, including, shooting, and editing photos/videos.
• Support the development of social media calendars and schedule posts using social media management tools.
• Engage with the MILLY community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster brand loyalty.
• Research and report on industry trends, competitors, and emerging social media best practices.
• Assist in influencer outreach, tracking gifting, and organizing user-generated content.
• Collaborate with PR team to amplify events and celebrity seedings.
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for content optimization.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including curating Pinterest boards, updating organic Facebook and Youtube profiles etc.

Who You Are

• Passionate about fashion, digital content, and social media trends.
• Creative with strong visual storytelling and an eye for aesthetics.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Familiar with social media tools such as Instagram Reels, Canva, and basic video editing apps.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
• Available to commit 15-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
• Experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (personal projects or past internships are a plus).
