Job Description

An established commercial real estate organization in Columbia, SC is seeking a Commercial Lease Administrator for their team.

Responsibilities:

• Administration of lease agreements for managed and non-managed commercial and commercial rental properties
• Responsible for the lease abstract process to include the input of key information from Leases to the accounting system(s).
• Reviewing and relaying more complex lease language to team members
• Responsible for the electronic Lease file system
• Preparation of lease expiration reports, etc. as needed.
• Calculation and bill rental increases resulting from changes in taxes, insurance, CPI, COS/CAM, etc.
• Prepare annual reconciliations as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of lease administration experience with complex lease tasks
• Solid accounting and analytical background
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, tenants, property owners and vendors
