Job Summary

Diagnose and repair assigned heavy duty truck accurately and efficiently while ensuring reliability and timeliness.

Essential Duties

• Diagnose and repair equipment issues, ensuring high-quality work within standard repair times (SRTs).
• Maintain security protocols for client trucks and property.
• Communicate repair needs, obtain parts, and document repair details.
• Stay updated on technical knowledge and use diagnostic tools effectively.
• Manage repair strategy to minimize downtime and ensure timely completion.
• Follow safety regulations, attend training, and assist trainees as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Valid Class A & C driver’s license (must be insurable).

Education & Experience

• Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent experience (6 months - 1 year).

Work Schedule & Travel

• Schedule varies based on business needs; occasional travel for training or meetings.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting (up to 90 lbs), bending, twisting, and climbing into/out of trucks.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and operate equipment safely.
• Exposure to varying weather, noise, dust, and chemicals.
